Strategic Compliance

For many, the task of becoming and remaining compliant with governmental agencies is a challenge. In this module, you’ll learn:

  • How to stay out of trouble with the IRS
  • Compliance guidelines for inclusion in your bylaws
  • Insurance considerations
 

Strategic Fundraising

For many booster clubs, fundraising efforts end up "taxing the parents" in the organization.  In this module, you’ll learn:

  • How to find your target zone for strategic fundraisers
  • Which strategic fundraisers model programs use to raise revenue
  • Critical project team leadership guidelines
  • How to implement fundraiser blueprints

You’ll finish this module with some sample program spotlight events.

 

Strategic Financial Best Practices

For many, financial account management and reporting are some of the most challenging tasks for volunteers. In this module, you’ll learn:
